Our Vendor Relationship and Process

 

Professional Homes, Inc. is proud to partner with Ritz-Craft Custom Homes, a recognized leader in the modular and systems-built housing industry since 1954. As an independent home builder approved by Ritz-Craft to provide and sell their homes, we bring their quality craftsmanship and premium home building materials directly to families across our region. Professional Homes operates independently and is not an authorized agent of Ritz-Craft.

 

As our primary modular supplier, Ritz-Craft delivers your home to the building site with a significant portion of the work already completed. From there, we coordinate a local set crew to properly secure the home to its foundation, ensuring a safe and precise installation.

The stages that follow will vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. Square footage, customization level, and the finishing of porches, garages, foundations, and bonus spaces all factor into the overall build schedule. We discuss each of these variables with you upfront so that timelines and expectations are clearly established before construction begins.

On-site work typically includes interior drywall and floor finishing, exterior siding or brick and stone treatments, porches, garages, HVAC systems, and plumbing and electrical connections. All on-site construction is subject to building code inspections throughout the process.

Before you receive your Certificate of Occupancy and prepare to move in, we conduct a thorough final walk-through with you. Every detail is reviewed so you can feel completely confident in your new home before the keys change hands.
